The NOvember Uprising

Government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

No more stolen elections. No more uncounted or miscounted votes. Our vote is our voice--we will not be silenced.

The United States government has refused to ensure free, fair, honest, transparent elections, and has ignored clear, regular and widespread evidence of election fraud and deception--the political parties and candidates ask for my vote but cannot ensure that my vote is counted. Once elected, officials no longer take my vote into consideration and cannot be held accountable, so my vote is not a voice in government and therefore not a true vote.

The United States government is comprised of a President who is in breach of his Presidential oath and of legislators and officials who have passed unlawful and unconstitutional bills and who have placed themselves above the law.

I reaffirm the final authority of the people to grant or to withhold the mandate to govern or enact laws in our name and I withdraw my vote from these compromised and discredited elections. I do not delegate power to any representative to govern or enact laws in my name. I do not consent to unjust government in which I have no voice. I do not authorize torture, wars of aggression, or crimes against humanity, and I do not support any government engaged in such actions.

I am voting instead for true government of the people, by the people, and for the people, and to this end I pledge to work to establish citizen ownership of transparent, participatory democracy.

(Please copy this pledge and circulate it. There is nothing to sign and no group to join, no membership drive, no fundraising, no sponsors, etc., just a citizen-owned movement for transparent participatory democracy. You own it. Make it happen!)

User Guide to the November Uprising

The best place to start is with the featured articles on the forum and the featured videos, but there are plenty more, so click "View All" or "View Videos" to see what else is here.

We only have little more than three short years until the next presidential election farce, so we need to do some powerful consciousness-raising and organizing if we want a chance of discrediting this government through an election boycott.

There are now sub-groups on specific topics and just like the main group, they are public and open.

The question of tenure, in Ward's case is one well worth looking into. It touches upon one very important subject, namely the validity of one's claim of being indigenous. I hope I got that right. Anyway, Ward is and I am, as you are what we ourselve…

Thanks, Rossi. Keith really outdoes himself on that show. I've reserved two of the books he recommends through the library and ordered one they didn't have through amazon. What intrigues me about listening to Ward Churchill is that he has to caref…

Two radio talks by Keith Harmon Snow. Very powerful stuff. Do you know what the biggest western industry is in the Congo? It's the misery industry--causing misery so that humanitarian groups can raise money. Did you know that there are still slave…

Sounds like good news, having UN observers at what could deteriorate into a genocidal situation at any moment. I hope it helps prevent the usual government violence. The map that Curt linked gives a clearer picture than the one he posted. Zooming i…

Looking at the map, one has to wonder why the fictional border was drawn straight through the community like this. This would mean you can't just drive northeast up St. Regis Rd. or Andrew Johnson Rd. without crossing the "border". What a farce!
